Joel Velasquez

Joel Velasquez has a strong background in design, with experience in various companies and roles. Joel is currently working as a Brand Designer at Postscript since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Attentive as a Brand Designer from February 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they were a Production Designer at Webflow from September 2020 to November 2021. Joel also worked at ATOMIC D as a Senior Designer from July 2018 to June 2020. Joel had a short stint at Twitter as a Presentation Designer in July 2018. Joel started their career at T3 Expo as a Graphic Account Executive from July 2016 to June 2018. Joel's early career includes roles at Minted, where they worked as a Lead Design Associate from August 2014 to July 2016, a Design Associate Consultant from October 2013 to August 2014, and a Design Associate from October 2012 to September 2013. Joel demonstrated skills in graphic design, project management, and utilizing design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.

Joel Velasquez completed a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a specialization in Graphic Design at Sanford Brown College from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Arts and Humanities at the City College of San Francisco from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Joel Velasquez also holds a certification in Webflow 101 from the institution Webflow, which they obtained in May 2023.
