Shannon M.

Shannon M. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. They started their career at Penzeys Spices in 2008 as a System Administrator, where they were responsible for supporting and monitoring desktop and server hardware. They also handled help desk support and telecom for multiple manufacturing locations and retail stores. In 2018, they joined Desco Dental Systems LLC as a System Network Administrator. In 2019, they moved to INGETEAM INC. as a Sr. Systems Administrator. Currently, Shannon M. is working at Potawatomi Business Development Corporation, first as a Server Engineer and then as a Network & Server Manager.

Shannon M. pursued their education at Waukesha County Technical College from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Network Specialist. Alongside their academic journey, Shannon also pursued additional certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In July 2021, they acquired the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA. Later, in August 2022, they earned the Learning Data Governance certification from LinkedIn. Additionally, in September 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Azure: Active Directory certification, also from LinkedIn.
