Katy Farrell possesses extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the People and Recruitment Manager at Potens_UK since October 2022. Previously, Katy worked at Compass Group from October 2020 to November 2022 as a Recruitment Business Partner and held various roles at Infosys BPM between August 2018 and October 2020, including Recruitment Manager. Katy's earlier career includes significant positions at Compass Group as a Senior Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Manager from September 2011 to August 2018, as well as an Account Consultant role at Gi Group UK from October 2007 to September 2011. Katy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Liverpool Hope University, completed in 2007.
