Leanne Kelly has extensive experience in recruitment and customer care, currently serving as a Recruitment & People Coordinator at Potens_UK since April 2019, after progressing from roles as Recruitment Administrator and Recruitment Team Leader. Prior to this, Leanne worked at The Contact Company from November 2010 to March 2019 as a Customer Care Manager, where responsibilities included handling escalations, managing director complaints, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Leanne attended Ridgeway High School from 2001 to 2006, where a GCSE was obtained.
