Julien Vinckel

Julien Vinckel has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Their first job was as an Assistant Trader on a Cash Bond Desk at Société Générale. In 2009, they interned at the Trade Office of the French Embassy, where they published a Nanotechnology Guide in Israel and a Study of the Israeli Renewable Energy Industry. In 2010, they worked as an Analyst at LEK Consulting. From 2011-2013, they worked as an R&D Engineer at Pearltrees. At Cdiscount from 2013-2015, they were a Project Manager for Big Data, and from 2015-2018 they were the R&D Officer at the Data Innovation Lab at AXA. Most recently, they have been the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Potions, where they have developed solutions to boost e-commerce sales up to 10% in the first month, while respecting the RGPD. Their technology is simple to implement, instantaneously executed, and does not require the storage or maintenance of databases.

Julien Vinckel obtained a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris in 2011 and an Engineer degree in IT, Energy, and Electronics from CentraleSupélec in 2010. Julien also holds certifications in R Programming from Coursera, obtained in March 2015, and in Machine Learning from Coursera, obtained in September 2014.
