Kahlea Berry

Kahlea Berry serves as the Human Resources Manager at PotlatchDeltic Corporation since June 2020, overseeing HR functions for over 130 employees, driving recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Leader at Target from September 2011 to June 2020, where Kahlea managed HR operations for more than 300 employees and achieved top district rankings in turnover and absenteeism. Previous positions also include Community Development Coordinator at Lake Superior Community Partnership and Assistant Manager for Human Resources at The Wild Rover Public House. Kahlea holds a Master of Public Administration with a Human Resources Concentration from Northern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Michigan State University.
