Kristen Williams

Kristen Williams began their professional career in 2019 as a Technology Intern for the Norwalk Public Schools Technology Department, where they supported the upcoming transition to a new district website. Her responsibilities included researching developers and systems, reviewing ADA compliance requirements, performing competitive analysis, and evaluating design and mobile app options. Kristen also analyzed user data and site map to draft improved information architecture for a better user experience. In 2020, they joined POTOO® as an Associate Account Manager and Account Coordinator.

Kristen Williams attended Fordham University from 2016 to 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Film & TV.
