James Carlin

James Carlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering within the HVAC and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Pottorff since December 2007, James is responsible for overseeing the damper product lines, conducting SWOT analyses, leading cross-functional teams in new product development, and enhancing market strategies through customer feedback. Previous roles include Design Engineer at Pottorff, where expertise in fire and smoke dampers was developed, and Product Engineer at Howmet Dover Castings, focusing on production gas turbine castings.
