Madeline Noblett has a strong background in journalism and communications. Madeline started their career as an intern at the Loveland Reporter-Herald, where they wrote stories and covered various topics. Madeline then worked at The Rocky Mountain Collegian as a news managing editor and editor in chief, earning recognition for the newspaper's quality. Afterward, they joined Prairie Mountain Publishing as a Loveland Reporter-Herald reporter, covering public safety, courts, and school governance. Later, they worked at the Fort Collins Coloradoan as an educational issues reporter, focusing on K-12 and higher education. In this role, they also served as an engagement editor, coaching reporters and overseeing newsroom events. Madeline then joined the Poudre Fire Authority as a public affairs and communication manager, leading external communications and community engagement strategies. Currently, they serve as the Chief Information Officer at Poudre School District, where they aim to promote community pride and awareness of the district.
