Whitney Hersh

Whitney Hersh has a diverse work experience spanning several fields. Whitney began their career as a Classroom Teacher at Rancho Solano Preparatory School from August 2004 to May 2007, where they taught 2nd grade and also took on coaching and after-school club responsibilities. Following that, they worked as an Insurance Agent at Minard-Ames Insurance Services, LLC from June 2003 to August 2004, specializing in small business insurance and independently developing a book of business. Whitney then transitioned to a Nanny role at Trident stonework from June 2007 to August 2008. Currently, they are a Teacher at Poudre School District starting from August 2008, where they have primarily taught kindergarten and 2nd grade. Whitney has also been involved in training for the district's literacy program, mentoring aspiring teachers, and serving on the building leadership team.

Whitney Hersh completed a Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northern Arizona University in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the same university between 1999 and 2003. Currently, Whitney is pursuing a field of study in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Colorado State University from 2022 to 2023.
