Matthew Yehl

Matthew Yehl, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans various financial and analytical roles in the healthcare industry. Matthew started their career as a Research Technologist at Mayo Clinic in 2005 and later transitioned to roles such as Research Associate at Tolmar Inc. In 2008. Matthew continued to expand their expertise by serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at University of Colorado Hospital and Children's Hospital Colorado, where they managed financial operations and budgets for different departments. Matthew currently holds the position of Director of Finance at UCHealth since 2017, overseeing the financial functions of multiple new-build facilities within the healthcare system. Their responsibilities include managing accounting, decision support, strategy, budgets, and operational metrics while handling significant annual revenue.

Matthew Yehl earned their Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2004. Matthew later obtained their MBA with a specialization in Healthcare and Finance from the University of Colorado Denver in 2011. In 2013, they also received a certification in Mastering Healthcare Accounting and Finance from the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
