Michelle Kerr

Michelle Kerr has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Michelle started their career at Children's Hospital Colorado in 2003 as a Clinical Assistant and progressed to roles including Registered Nurse, Clinical Coordinator, Process Improvement Specialist, and Clinical Manager in various departments. In 2021, they transitioned to UCHealth as the Director of Nursing.

Michelle Kerr holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. Michelle went on to pursue a Doctor of Nursing in Nursing Practice from the same institution. In 2009, Michelle obtained the CCRN-K certification from the AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses).
