Sonja Olsen possesses extensive experience in billing, customer service, and sales across multiple industries. Currently serving in Billing and Consignment Administration at Poulsbo RV Inc. since July 2013, Sonja supports the billing and consignment team. Prior roles at Poulsbo RV include Biller and Title Clerk, where responsibilities included processing purchase orders and managing vendor relationships. Sonja's background in retail includes a significant tenure at SEPHORA, progressing from Sales Associate to management roles, driving sales and coaching team members. Additionally, Sonja contributed as a Booking Agent at DASH Center for the Arts and gained early experience at Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee. An education in Audio from The Art Institutes complements a strong skill set in data entry, communication, leadership, and customer service.
