Ian Bateman

Ian Bateman has extensive experience in retail management, primarily with Poundland since 2009. Initially serving as a Store Manager, Ian successfully oversaw new store openings, recruited and trained motivated teams, and acted as an assessor for new Store and Assistant Managers. Ian also took on IT responsibilities by supporting Project Managers in developing systems for international expansion and creating training materials. Prior to Poundland, Ian held the position of Store Manager at Woolworths from November 1993 to January 2009, further solidifying a strong background in retail operations and management.
