George Zhang

George Zhang has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management roles. George started their career in 2005 at Powell Industries as a Cost Analyst/Specialist and later transitioned to become a Special Project Manager. George then worked as a Mechanical Engineer before moving on to R&D Engineering roles, starting as an R&D Engineer and eventually becoming a Senior R&D Engineer. Most recently, George served as the Lead R&D Engineer at Powell. Prior to joining Powell Industries, George worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Powell Industries from 2001 to 2002.

George Zhang obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Engineering from the University of Houston in 2010.
