John Files

John Files is currently the Head of North America Public Affairs at Powell Tate | Weber Shandwick, where John leads the North America public affairs practice. Prior to this, John held various positions including Executive Vice President, Public Affairs and Senior Vice President. John also has experience in journalism as a Journalist and Assistant to the Washington Editor at The New York Times. Additionally, John has worked as an Editor at O'Reilly & Associates and as a Research and Editorial Assistant at First Off The Tee. John also has a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Hamilton College.
