Steve Bassermann

Steve Bassermann has an extensive background in politics and government affairs, with experience ranging from managing congressional campaigns to advising U.S. senators. Steve currently serves as the Senior Vice President at Powell Tate, where Steve provides counsel to corporations and organizations in navigating the legislative and regulatory landscape to influence decisions. Prior to this, Steve held roles such as Director of Policy at the United States Senate SAA and Program Analyst at the Commission on Wartime Contracting in Iraq and Afghanistan. Steve also worked as a Legislative Aide for Connecticut State Senator Toni Boucher and as a Front Office Coordinator for U.S. Congressman Christopher Shays. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University.
