Belinda Vivas

Belinda Vivas is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as an Electrical Engineer 3 at Southern California Edison since July 2017, where Belinda leads the implementation of the Distribution Resources Plan External Portal. Additionally, Belinda works as an Engineering Associate at Quants Engineering Inc. since June 2016, focusing on project bids, proposals, and engineering design. Belinda also holds the position of AutoCad Specialist at Hobbs Bannerman, Inc., producing detailed drawings for a large water treatment plant.
