Brian Rall

Brian Rall has over 40 years of work experience in various roles within the construction industry. Brian has worked as a Chief Estimator/Director of Estimating at Power Contracting, LLC since 2016. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Chief Estimator & Estimating Division Manager at Klondyke Construction LLC / Elemental Energy, Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Asplundh Construction Corp. for eight years as a Sr. Estimator, Supervisor & Controller and at Sturgeon Electric Company, Inc. for three years as a Sr. Estimator. Brian began their career at Brink Electric Const. Co. in 1977, where they worked for 25 years as a Sr. Estimator & Project Manager, Groundman, and Apprentice.

Brian Rall obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD, from 1980 to 1985. Brian then pursued a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching at the same university from 1985 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Brian also obtained a certification as an OSHA 10 Hr & 30 Hr Trainer for Construction & General Industry from the ET&D 10 Hr Trainer institution in June 2013.
