Natasha Karia has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing. Natasha began their career at Nutrabolt as a Marketing Coordinator from December 2015 to November 2016. Natasha then moved on to Jane Creative, where they worked as a Digital Marketing Coordinator and later as a Digital Marketing Manager from January 2017 to August 2018. During their time at Jane Creative, they successfully managed various marketing campaigns, increased social media following and engagement, and handled e-commerce operations.

After that, Natasha joined ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey) as an Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing from August 2018 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for email marketing deployments, segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize KPIs.

Following their stint at ANN INC, Natasha worked at Social Method as a Digital Marketing Manager from September 2019 to December 2020. Natasha then transitioned to Power Digital Marketing, where they held multiple roles. Natasha began as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager from September 2019 to June 2022, then became a Senior Growth Analyst from June 2022 to December 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Lead Growth Analyst at Power Digital Marketing since December 2023.

Throughout their career, Natasha has demonstrated their expertise in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, data analysis, and team leadership.
