Yazan Harasis began their career in 2013 as a Researcher at CERN (The European Organization for Nuclear Research). In the same year, they also worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Sound and Vibrations Research. In 2014, they took on a Group Design Project at Siemens and in 2015 they became an Analyst, Strategic Development at NRG Energy. In 2016, they co-founded Power Edison, an innovative energy storage company specializing in utility-scale mobile energy storage systems. In 2021, they co-founded EV Edison.
Yazan Harasis received a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering/Sustainable Energy Systems from the University of Southampton in 2015, following their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering/Sustainable Energy Systems from the same university, which they earned from 2011 to 2014. Yazan attended The International School of Choueifat-Amman from 2002 to 2011.
