Caroline Laurin, CHRP

Caroline Laurin, CHRP, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Interim People Chief Officer and Senior Director of People & Culture at Power Factors since September 2022, Caroline has also held the position of Head of Talent & People for North America at Technicolor since February 2020. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources for Global Corporate Services at Saputo Inc., Director of Global HR Business Partnership at CGI, Senior Manager of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Deloitte, and Associate Director of HR and Talent Acquisition at Bell. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Université de Montréal.
