Jose Velasquez

Jose Velasquez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and engineering within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Power Factors since March 2020, Jose manages client relationships to ensure satisfaction and coordinates internal resources to achieve business objectives. Previously, Jose held positions at NRG Systems as a Wind Plant Optimization Sales Engineer, where support was provided to sales teams and wind farms, and at Gamesa Wind US in various roles including Junior Account Manager, Lead Engineer in Field and Customer Support, and Mechanical Engineer, focusing on market development and customer support for wind turbine platforms. Early career experience includes roles as an Applications Engineer at Kimre Inc., specializing in pollution control solutions, and as a Sales Engineer at Myrlen, Inc., working with pneumatic products.
