María Jesús Chávez Delgado

Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental well-being, a position held since August 2020. Simultaneously, Mariana serves as the Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana was a university lecturer at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Academic qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
