Kenneth Li, CPA, MBA, P.E., currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Power Solutions International, Inc., a $500 million manufacturer specializing in emissions-certified powertrains. With prior experience as CFO at ND Paper and significant leadership roles at Caterpillar Inc., including oversight of the Machine Product Group and various financial management positions, Kenneth has demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, accounting, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Kenneth held financial positions at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included managing operational expenses and product development financials. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Accounting, a Master of Science in Accounting, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
