Alex Pacanowsky has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for Adaptive Neural Systems. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Mechanical Engineer at Med Associates. Then, from 2008 to 2010, they served as a Mechanical Engineer II at TDWilliamson. In 2010, they became the VP of Engineering at Cadence Biomedical, a position they held until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory. Then, from 2014 to the present, Alex joined Powerblanket, initially as a Senior Design Engineer and later took on the roles of Engineering and Sales Manager - Custom Division and VP of Engineering. Their responsibilities at Powerblanket included designing custom heating systems, developing engineering quality systems, and increasing throughput.
Alex Pacanowsky completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University from 1999 to 2003. They then pursued a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering from Arizona State University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Furthering their education, Alex obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Utah, which they completed from 2009 to 2011.
