Blake Newman has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer/Quality Technician at Trillium Flow Technologies since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading ISO:9001 internal audits and managing the RMA process, significantly reducing shipment complaints by 75%. As a Custom Applications Engineer at Powerblanket, Blake has overseen the successful completion of over 240 custom projects and facilitated quality and safety initiatives that reduced the RMA rate to 0.25%.
