Dr. Hannes Klingenberg

Dr. Hannes Klingenberg is currently the HR Director People Strategy, Governance & Organisation at PowerCo where Dr. Hannes manages various HR functions including compensation and benefits, labour relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Prior to this, Dr. Hannes held leadership positions at TUI as the Head of Executive Reward and at hkp/// group as the Head of Group Reward. With a background in both academia and military service, Dr. Klingenberg brings a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles in the field of Human Resources.
