Marcela Gomez

As Chief of Staff, Marcela oversees all aspects of preconstruction from estimating and engineering to virtual design

and procurement. She leads the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures by

managing the project finance, QC, business process improvement, operations training and service teams. Phew!

Best known for her knowledge of all things PDI, Marcela joined Power Design in '04 as a Project Manager. Prior to

becoming Chief of Staff in 2016, she managed new systems implementation company-wide as an Executive

Operations Manage. Marcela has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master in Business Administration

from the University of Tampa and is also certified as a PMP from the Project Management Institute.
