Rakhee Mediratta

Rakhee Mediratta is a seasoned professional in leadership and consulting with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Managing Director at Powered by People since January 2023, Rakhee has previously held pivotal roles including Consultant at the Land and Life Foundation, CEO & Founder at In Sinc Consulting, and COO at the African Leadership Network, where contributions were made to foster a community of influential leaders in Africa. Other notable positions include Managing Director at Migaa Eastern and a consulting role at Home Afrika Ltd, where a project management office was established for a major development. Rakhee's early career includes managerial and project management positions at Deloitte South Africa and KPMG Dubai. Rakhee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Western University.
