As a PPC Manager(i.e., Google Ad Words, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) you will get to flex your expert paid media skills while in the driver’s seat managing digital media campaigns for diverse brands and budgets. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns which can include paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across both B2B and B2C businesses. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support our clients in their growth goals.
As a PPC Manager, you will help to drive growth and success for organizations on digital platforms. Your role is important as it is an integral part of the development and management of having an effective digital strategy as well as effective media buying across all clients and brands.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Creation and maintenance of paid search, display, and paid social campaigns, with a focus on increasing ROI for our clients to help them meet their goals
- Collaboration with the Client Services Manager (CSR) and other teams to set a strategic direction
- Campaign reporting – producing reports for clients, as well as communication of results and implementing the proposed strategic direction
- Ownership of the campaign performance
- Meeting with clients alongside the CSR to offer insights on areas of opportunity within campaigns
- Effective communication with clients regarding the performance of current digital marketing efforts
- Supporting the Business Development team in auditing prospective accounts, strategy development, and participation in pitches/proposals
- Developing, executing, and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch
- Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
- Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
- Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
- Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
- Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- A strong understanding of Paid Search/SEM, Display Advertising
- A strong understanding of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Google Ads Certified — additional Google or Facebook Certifications are ideal
- Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of how to track and measure results
- Experience working on cross-functional digital marketing campaigns
- Leadership experience with strengths in coaching and mentoring more junior team members
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Strong team player
- Ability to identify opportunities for areas of optimization and upsell
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of quality
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work on their own, with minimal supervision.
