Job Description:

The Graphic Designer will lead the production of the visual elements across all elements including printed materials, presentations, advertising suites, web elements, and more.

Design a broad range of marketing communications and internal communications, working within visual brand guidelines and templates across all branded elements including printed materials, environments, and online and interactive media.

Understand various audiences and identify appropriate imagery to achieve communication goals. Achieves and maintains working knowledge of the client's visual standards, communication deliverable types, and processes. Complies with standardized workflow requirements.

Examples include logos, one-sheets, presentations, Social Media Banners, Brochures, WordPress websites, email elements, ad banners, and more.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

- Work with the client and design team to provide graphics and images as per the client’s requests,

- Maintain communications with the team to ensure deadlines are met and guidelines are followed,

- Provide all final source files to the folder in Gdrive as identified by the Client Services Representative,

- Study design briefs and determine requirements,

- Advise clients on strategies to engage target audiences,

- Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate clients’ vision while complying with design best practices,

- Create designs using illustration, photo editing, and layout software,

select colors, images, typography, and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and social media posts,

- Produce drafts for client review and make revisions based on feedback received,

- Collaborate with other team members, such as marketing, sales, and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project,

- Review designs for errors before they are printed or published, and

- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
