Megan Hu

Megan Hulsey is a Development Associate at place., with experience as a Summer Associate. In January 2024, Megan began a marketing role at Overwatch Capital LLC. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University from January to May 2022, and completing several internships in architecture at ACH Custom Homes, HKS, Inc., and Austin Commercial between 2018 and 2020. Megan holds a Master of Land and Property Development from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Additionally, Megan has obtained a Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License from Champions School of Real Estate.
