Frank Baur

Frank Baur is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, leadership, and ministry. Currently serving as Work Order Manager and Quality Service Manager at Powerhouse since September 2015, Frank also has been the Youth Leader at First Baptist Church of Bancroft since August 2011, coordinating activities and lessons for a youth group from multiple towns and denominations. Previous experience includes roles at Sam's Club, where responsibilities included supervising overnight teams and ensuring merchandise readiness, as well as a Department Coordinator position at Dunham's Sports, overseeing operations and training. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Religion/Ministry from Luther Rice College & Seminary and an Associate's degree in Biblical Studies from New Tribes Bible Institute.
