Robert Blake-Ward

Robert Blake-Ward is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in facility maintenance and management services. Since joining Powerhouse in 2011, Robert has rapidly advanced through the ranks, becoming CEO in 2022, overseeing a company that services over 136,000 locations nationwide and employs more than 900 staff. Prior to Powerhouse, Robert served as Principal at Elite Maintenance Services LLC from 2010 to 2019 and held senior leadership roles at Metro Door and UFI - Retail Service Solutions, focusing on business development and strategic growth. Earlier career accomplishments include managing maintenance operations at Home Depot, where Robert led a large call center and streamlined service operations, and establishing a facilities management department at The Sports Authority.
