Harish Ruparel

Harish Ruparel possesses extensive experience in corporate human resources and organizational systems, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate HR and Organizational Systems at Gharda Chemicals Ltd since April 2012 and at Powerica Limited since September 2006. With a focus on HR strategy and execution to enhance business outcomes, Harish has developed strategic initiatives encompassing mission, vision, core values, HR policies, and system design. Previously, Harish held the position of Vice President of Operations at Sabero Organics Limited from March 2001 to September 2006 and United Phosphorous Ltd from January 1997 to November 2000. Harish Ruparel holds a Master of Science in Chemistry from I.I.T. Mumbai and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Physics from Ruia College, along with secondary education from Matunga Premier School.
