Farrukh Khan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2005, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Friendly Home Health Care Services, where they directed operations and engaged in strategic planning. Farrukh continued their career at Smart Home Health Care Services as a Supervisor and Operations Manager from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, Farrukh joined Med Plus Home Health Care Services as a Supervisor, Financial Analyst, and Consultant, where they provided business planning, strategy development, and daily management decisions.
In 2014, Farrukh transitioned to DTE Energy as a Customer Experience and Strategy role, collaborating with senior management to provide solutions to utility company clients. Farrukh also held the positions of Program Manager and Product Manager, focusing on customer experience and digital transformation. Farrukh'sresponsibilities included developing innovative strategies, engaging customers, and improving customer satisfaction.
In 2021, Farrukh joined MRM as a Strategy Director, focusing on customer experience and brand. Currently, they are working as the Director of Product Management at Powerley, a position they assumed in 2023.
Farrukh Khan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance & Management from Wayne State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Coursera in June 2023, Foundations of Project Management from Coursera | Google in January 2023, Forrester CX Pro (CX-I) from Forrester in August 2019, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from DTE Energy in December 2018, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from DTE Energy in December 2018.
