Amy P. has a diverse and extensive work history. Amy started their career in 2006 as an HR Advisor at New Zealand Post, where they worked until 2008. Amy then joined the Just Group as an HR Advisor, where they focused on employment relations legislation, performance and development, and coaching regional managers. In 2010, Amy joined Oliver Wyman as part of the EMEA Experienced Hire Recruitment team, where they managed the recruitment process for consultants and partners. Amy then worked at McKinsey & Company as an HR and Professional Development Specialist, where they utilized data and software tools to assist organizations in decision-making. Amy then joined Shine Lawyers Ltd, initially as an Organizational Development Consultant and later as a People and Culture Business Partner. Amy P. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature and Psychology from The University of Auckland. Amy also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Massey University.
