Amy P.

Amy P. has a diverse and extensive work history. Amy started their career in 2006 as an HR Advisor at New Zealand Post, where they worked until 2008. Amy then joined the Just Group as an HR Advisor, where they focused on employment relations legislation, performance and development, and coaching regional managers. In 2010, Amy joined Oliver Wyman as part of the EMEA Experienced Hire Recruitment team, where they managed the recruitment process for consultants and partners. Amy then worked at McKinsey & Company as an HR and Professional Development Specialist, where they utilized data and software tools to assist organizations in decision-making. Amy then joined Shine Lawyers Ltd, initially as an Organizational Development Consultant and later as a People and Culture Business Partner. At Shine Lawyers, they partnered with legal and support teams to drive a high-performance culture and supported leaders in various people-related programs. In 2017, Amy joined Deloitte Australia as a Talent Senior Consultant and Lead, focusing on talent management. Most recently, they joined Findex in 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, leading a team to implement internal talent mobility and design talent management strategies. Amy is currently working at Powerlink Queensland as a People & Culture Business Partner, specifically in performance and succession leadership.

Amy P. has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature and Psychology from The University of Auckland. Amy also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Massey University. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2021 and became an Accredited Facilitator for "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program" from FranklinCovey in 2016.
