Ian Clark has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Ian started their career as an IT Intern at the City of Westland in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Barracuda as a Technical Support Representative Tier 2B. In 2019, Ian joined Zix as a Technical Support Representative and later transitioned to a role as a Jr. Project Manager. In 2021, they moved to OpenText as a Jr. Project Manager and recently joined Powernet Co. as a Contact Center Engineer in 2022.

Ian Clark completed their Bachelor's degree in Cyber Defense from Baker College, where they studied Information Technology from 2017 to 2019. Ian has also completed various courses on LinkedIn, such as "Coaching Yourself through the Ambiguity of Leading," "Master Confident Presentations," "One-Minute Habits for Success," and others, which were obtained in 2022 and 2021.
