Jesse Miller

Jesse Miller is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in executive roles across multiple organizations. As the Founder of PowerPSA Consulting since November 2022, Jesse specializes in developing efficient and profitable virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) offerings. Previously, as a Strategic Advisor for Zip Security in 2024, and as the Principal vCISO and Cyber Consulting Practice Leader at Ascend Technologies from December 2021 to November 2022, Jesse played a critical role in enhancing information security programs post-acquisition. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Stratosphere Networks, where foundational managed security programs were established, along with a tenure as Director of Infrastructure. Early career highlights include a contract position with Verizon and a role as Lead Field Engineer at Contel Inc, where Jesse made significant contributions to team leadership and infrastructure development. Jesse holds a degree in Data Networking, Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from DeVry University.
