Stephen Procter has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Stephen has served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in multiple companies such as Powers Brown Architecture, ScreenTek Inc., Rottet Studio, and EDI Architecture Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for financial management and strategic planning.
Stephen also has experience as a Controller at Expanets and Carlisle Engineered Metals, where they oversaw financial reporting and analysis. At Harding Lawson Associates, they worked as a Financial Manager, handling financial operations for the company.
In addition to their CFO and Controller roles, Stephen has also been President and Owner of their own business, Procter Custom Woodworking. Stephen managed the growth of the custom cabinetry and furniture business, which has been operating full-time since 2013.

Stephen Procter obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they attended from 1977 to 1980. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Houston, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from 1984 to 1987.
