Beth Pitkin started their career in 1994 as a Marketing Coordinator at Boise Title & Escrow, where they planned, coordinated, and promoted marketing events. Beth then worked as a Communications Designer at Community Home Health, Inc. from 1994 to 1996, overseeing all internal and external company marketing communications. Beth joined The Kaiser Group, Inc. in 1996 as a Designer, where they developed and designed marketing and promotional materials.
Beth then worked as a Designer at B. Pitkin Freelance from 1995 to 1998 before joining Smoke Guard in 1998. At Smoke Guard, they held several roles including Marketing Communications Manager, Corporate Marketing Communications and Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Department Manager, and Architecture & Design Manager. Beth was responsible for managing the Smoke Guard brand, developing and managing online and print communications, and driving sales growth through increased specifications by architects, designers, and specifiers.
Currently, Beth is the Director of Marketing at Powers Products Co., where they are responsible for contributing, developing, and executing marketing strategy to improve brand awareness and grow sales through collaboration with the design and construction community. Powers Products Co. is a leader in the commercial construction industry, distributing and installing architectural building products.
Beth Pitkin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/History from the University of Idaho.
