MaryAnne Lauderdale, PE, CEM has extensive work experience in engineering and project management in the energy efficiency and infrastructure upgrade field. MaryAnne started their career in 1980, working for various companies where they developed energy efficiency projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Their expertise includes HVAC, process, lighting, and water systems.

In 2006, MaryAnne joined Applied Energy Management as the General Manager, where they managed projects for public sector facilities across the Western US until 2008 when Lime Energy acquired AEM. At Lime Energy, they served as the Regional Director of Engineering, directing energy consulting, integrated energy engineering, and multi-measure project development and implementation.

In 2013, PowerSecure acquired the project engineering and construction division from Lime Energy, and MaryAnne took on the role of Director of Engineering.
