Oluwaseun Dare

Oluwaseun Dare is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and desktop support. Currently serving as a Systems Analyst at PowerSecure, Inc. since October 2016, Oluwaseun is responsible for maintaining the desktop environment and supporting various equipment, including PCs and servers, while also managing license tracking and upgrades. Prior to this role, Oluwaseun worked as an IT ServiceDesk Analyst at HCL Technologies from October 2013 to October 2016, where responsibilities included tracking service calls and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. Additionally, Oluwaseun served as a Remote Administrator at Upright Homecare from January 2012 to January 2016, focusing on troubleshooting, network infrastructure design, and enhancing network security. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc in Information and Computer Technology from East Carolina University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology Integration from Wilson Community College, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Ado Ekiti, Nigeria.
