Aboubacar Ndiaye

Aboubacar Ndiaye currently serves as the Executive Director of the Northern California Land Trust, focusing on vision development and strategy execution aligned with core values and racial justice principles. Ndiaye also holds the position of California Housing and Climate Campaign Manager at PowerSwitch Action and previously worked as a Partnership for the Bay's Future Fellow with PolicyLink, collaborating with the City of San Jose to combat displacement.
