Reza Soltani

Reza Soltani, P.Eng. SMIEEE, currently serves as the Division Manager of Field Asset Services & Testing at Powertech Labs Inc., where a dedicated team of Engineers and Technologists is led to enhance the reliability of power generators throughout their life-cycle. Previous roles include Senior Electrical Engineer in Generation Maintenance at BC Hydro, specializing in generator inspection and failure analysis, and Electrical Insulation Engineer at Andritz Hydro Ltd., focusing on insulation system design. Reza's educational background includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tabriz and a Mini MBA from UBC Sauder School of Business. With extensive experience in electrical engineering, condition monitoring, and insulation systems, Reza has made significant contributions to power generation technology.
