John Decore

John DeCore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. John began their career in 1989 as a Program Specialist at the American Red Cross - Dallas Area Chapter. John then moved on to the American Red Cross headquarters in 1991, where they held roles as a Program Specialist and Program Associate, handling financial oversight, documentation development, and office implementation. In 1994, they joined Serco - North America as a Program Manager, overseeing civilian learning programs for 12 years. Since 2006, they have been with PowerTrain, Inc., starting as the Director of Human Capital Solutions, then progressing to Director of Innovation, Senior Director of Innovation, and currently serving as the Vice President. Their roles at PowerTrain involve leading innovative initiatives and driving business growth.
