Steve Vilkas

Steve Vilkas serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Prepare 4 VC since September 2020, focusing on partnerships, growth, community development, and strategy. Additionally, Steve co-directs Boston New Technology, aiming to support startups and local businesses, and co-organizes Startup Grind Boston, fostering community and collaboration within the startup ecosystem. In March 2022, Steve became involved with the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum and later co-directed the Boston Chapter of the Born Global Community, contributing to the startup landscape in Boston and New England. As a Program Ambassador for PowerUp, Steve facilitates strategic partnerships to support women entrepreneurs. Steve also acts as a Strategic Advisor for Resūmé, aiming to innovate employment optimization, and co-founded Quirk LAABS to enhance diversity and inclusivity in co-working spaces. Prior experience includes writing for Broad Street Boutique Realty and serving as a Senior Intelligence Analyst for Project CoCo/ECV/Operation Limelight. Steve holds a high school diploma from the Boston Day & Evening Academy.
