Karlee Turkaly

Karlee Turkaly, MPM, currently serves as a Business Operations Strategist at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, where responsibilities include systemization and process improvement to support the small business community and drive economic vitality. Previous roles at URA include Lead Lending Strategist and Senior Lending Analyst, focusing on loan origination, underwriting processes, and promoting investment programs. Prior experience includes diverse positions at Carnegie Mellon University in donor relations and administrative support, as well as an internship at Erie Art Museum. Karlee holds a Master of Public Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Gannon University, along with international study in French history at Stendhal University.
