Pierce Robinson

Pierce Robinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community affairs, real estate acquisition, and project management. Currently serving as a Community Affairs Officer and Construction Consultant for the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, Pierce manages the Allegheny County Safe Homes Initiative. As the Principal at PTC Enterprises, Pierce has successfully facilitated the purchase and rehabilitation of over 20 residential properties in the greater Pittsburgh area, demonstrating expertise in financing and construction. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Thoron Capital, where assistance was provided for upscale condominium projects, VP of Marketing and Strategy at Urbanticker, and manager for the rehabilitation of extensive multi-family units at W Group Holdings, LLC. Additionally, Pierce has experience in the music industry as a road manager for artist Wiz Khalifa. Pierce Robinson studied at Howard University.
